New to Capoeira? Come explore movement, music, and community. We’ll help you plan a welcoming first visit.

Youth ages 6–12: 5–6 PM
Adults & teens: 6–7:30 PM
No Saturday classes. Friday adult classes do not require a uniform.

No Capoeira experience is needed. Let us know whether you are asking about youth or adult and teen classes.
Bring the basics
Wear a comfortable T-shirt and flexible pants. Bring water and arrive a few minutes early to meet your teacher.

You’ll be introduced to movement, music, and partner practice at an appropriate starting level.
