  • Monday 5pm – 6pm Youth
  • Monday 6pm to 7:30pm Adults & Teens (studio a is youth capoeira , studio c is pre capoeira)
  • Wednesday 5pm – 6pm Youth
  • Wednesday 6pm to 7:30pm Adults & Teens( studio a is youth capoeira, studio c is pre capoeira)
  • Thursdays 5pm-6:15pm (studio A , beginners, Studio B, advanced)
  • Friday 6pm to 7pm Adults & Teens ( no uniforms required)
  • Saturday 12noon-1:30pm all levels & all ages (studio a men’s class , studio b women’s class , no uniforms required)
